Here 2 Belong provides first home kits for care experienced young people stepping into independence.
Many young people leaving care move into their first accommodation between the ages of 16-25, with the very few belongings they own in a bin bag. For many, the feeling of “home” has never been stable or consistent. Help us help them by donating a kit.
At an age when most of their peers are still supported, care leavers are expected to navigate independence quickly, often arriving to empty spaces that are difficult to settle into.
You can help us change that.
